FAQs
How long does it take for an order to be processed?
Most orders are printed within 24 hours from when they are placed, Monday-Friday. Any order placed out of this time will be printed the next working day.
The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
How much is shipping?
Shipping ranges from £4.50 UK Standard to £16 International Tracked and Signed. Please refer to the Delivery and Dispatch page to find out more.
Which countries to you ship to?
We currently ship to 61 countries worldwide. Please refer to the Shipping Policy to find out exactly which countries we ship to.
Are you clothes made from organic cotton?
Yes! Our t-shirts are made of 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. We believe in providing high-quality products that are both comfortable and sustainable. Please refer to the Sustainability page to find out more and see the product certifications.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do. However, we do advise customers to double check the size guide and measure up before purchasing. Here at #FnP we are trying our best to minimise our impact on the environment so the less returns we have the better. - All orders are made to our exact measurement guide which is on advised on the page of the garment, if you have any queries please get in touch.
How can I place an order?
Placing an order with #FishnPiff is as easy as reeling in a big catch! Simply browse our collection of organic cotton t-shirts, select your desired size and colour, and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready to checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. Voila! Your order will be on its way to you in no time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option to pay with PayPal for added convenience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We know you're excited to rock your new #FishnPiff apparel, so we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping times are typically 3-5 business days within the United Kingdom. International shipping times may vary. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your #FishnPiff purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your t-shirt for any reason, simply contact our customer support team Contact FnP and we'll guide you through the return process. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to keep an eye on your package's journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally! Whether you're in the United States or halfway across the world, we'll do our best to get your #FishnPiff t-shirt to you. Please note that international shipping times may vary and additional customs fees or duties may apply.
How do I care for my FishnPiff t-shirt?
We recommend washing your #FishnPiff t-shirt in a cool wash at 30C (86F) with similar colours. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, as they can damage the organic cotton fibres. We also recommend hang drying, doing both these things will maintain the product and prints quality and longevity.
Can I wash my T-shirt on high heat and tumble dry them?
Our products are not suitable for high temperature washing, tumble drying, bleaching or dry-cleaning. Avoid ironing straight onto the printed designs. These methods can cause unwanted shrinkage, the inks to fade, or the prints to crack, flake or peel.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We understand that sometimes plans change or you may have accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
How long will it take for a team member to contact me back?
TeamFnP strives to answer any questions our customers have as quickly as possible. Most queries will be answered within 24hours.
